Wassail track 4

Learned from the Oxford Book of Carols. The tune is as printed in William Sandys' Christmas Carols Ancient and Modern; the words are mostly from Davies Gilbert's Collection of Christmas Carols (1822). Gilbert apparently heard the carol sung on the streets of Bodmin, Cornwall.

You can hear a solo rendition of the song at A Folk Song A Week
