The Flowers of Edinburgh

Jack-in-the-Green track 5

Originally a Scottish reel, The Flowers of Edinburgh is used at Bampton in Oxfordshire both as a set dance, and as a Morris jig. Both feature the famous - and exhausting - "knuckle-down" move.
